Ramtech was formed in 1990 to meet a specific need for the provision of a security monitoring solution for Static Caravans at Holiday Parks on the East Coast of England. As a result of consolidation of this market during the 1990's we found ourselves having to quickly expand our coverage across the UK.Our wireless alarm monitoring system has evolved considerably over the years and it is now the product of choice for many of the leading UK Holiday Parks. In addition to this market the monitoring system can be applied to any market requiring the need for a self monitored security network in either an external or internal environment. We have deployed our networks in Colleges of Further Education, Marinas, Markets, Farms, and Country Estates to name a few other applications.
The company now supplies a range of wireless based technology solutions to a variety of different markets.
We are a private owner managed company with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of after sales service and support. We have a dedicated team of Engineers, located around the UK, allowing us to respond quickly to our customer needs.
We do recognise that we don't get it right every time! For these rare occasions we have our customer support team, based in Nottingham, who are always happy to answer any questions you have about our products or services.
We have our own in-house R&D team who are responsible for the continual improvement and development of our products. We believe that we need to be innovative and responsive to the changing market conditions.
