Alarms & Monitoring
System OverviewRamtech's alarms monitoring system was originally developed for the Caravan & Holiday Park Market. We were faced with the challenge of providing Park operators with a solution to an increasing level of burglary from static caravans.
The Park operators wanted to provide their customers with the added Peace of Mind that their investment would be safe in their absence. At the same time the Park operators wanted their own security teams to provide the monitoring and response should there be a need.
The solution needed to deal with the challenging outdoor environments experienced in the winter months on the coasts of the UK whilst recognising that power might not be available all year round. Additionally, the metal casing of the static caravan made it more difficult for radio signal transmission.
Our solution consists of providing Holiday caravans with individual wireless based, battery powered, alarms which communicate with a central alarm monitoring and base station. A schematic of a typical network can be seen here.
Although originally developed for the Holiday Park Market the solution works equally well in any application requiring a method of providing a self monitored alarm network across a geographically challenging outdoor environment.

Rambase 2008 Software
Our own Rambase operating software sits at the heart of your wireless security network. It processes the incoming signals from any alarms and then decides what to do with them. In the event of an alarm a message can be sent out to a pager but most of the time it will just quietly sit monitoring and recoding.
The software was developed by our own R&D team to be user friendly, work seamlessly with any wireless alarms and with a great number of useful functions. Additional Options
| Internal Appliance Protector |
| The Internal Appliance Protector allows individual devices such as TV, PC's, Games Consoles and other expensive appliances to be protected. A retail style tag is attached to the device and any attempt to remove the device will result in an instant alert. |

| More applicable to external environments; the External Equipment Protector can be used to secure Garden Furniture, Sports Equipment, Bikes, Gas Bottles, Tools and Equipment. |

CO Gas & Smoke Detectors |
| The Ramtech wireless alarm can be interfaced with a range of other devices such as CO, Gas & Smoke Detectors to allow a number of these devices to be monitored remotely. |
